Red Ribbon Week
On Wednesday, October 25th, students will be writing messages and attaching them to red balloons. The messages will be, “Say No To Drugs”. All students will then make a circle in front of the school property and release the balloons at the same time. This is a great way for our students to understand the importance of saying No to drugs.
Fall Harvest Festival-Friday, October 27, 2017 1:00-3:00
This year we are trying something “NEW” at TVES. Instead of a Halloween parade with students dressing up in costumes, we will be having a Fall Fest Celebration!!! Students will be involved in various activities such as a Scavenger Hunt, Scarecrow Dress Up, Pumpkin Decorating, and a Hayride around the school property. Students will get their pictures taken to be added to a picture frame that they will be decorating themselves; as well as enjoy a delicious Fall snack!! The afternoon should be filled with fun for all students and staff at Tuscarora Valley Elementary School.
Spirit Week will be November 13-17. More information to come soon!!
